Operational Vision​
  • Our plant will lead in LV and HV battery assembly, utilizing cutting-edge automation for processes like cell loading, scanning, sorting, staking, busbar assembly, and BMS configuration.
  • Rigorous in-line leakage and end-of-line testing will ensure each battery meets the highest standards of quality and performance.​
  • The plant will have an annual production capacity of 100 MWh for LV batteries and 300 MWh for HV batteries.
  • Prismatic cells from CATL will be utilised with local innovation adding value through custom housing, wire harness design, and more.​
  • For optimal operations and growth, the plant will be strategically positioned in a key industrial hub in Ja-Ela, Sri Lanka.
  • Driving forward sustainable energy solutions, manufacturing operations are anticipated to launch by February/March 2025.
